Error when saving document template: There is more than one Mapping Document for this template. You should always have one Mapping Document for a template and remove the additional ones.

Cause

More than one Mapping Document is configured for this template.

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Data > Document Generation Template, search for the template
  2. In the mappingDocuments section, ensure only one Mapping Document is configured.
