3793418 - SuccessFactors Mobile App Crashes When Accessing Time Sheet via Clock My Time Tile on iOS Devices

Symptom

On iOS devices, the SuccessFactors mobile app crashes unexpectedly when an employee accesses the Time Sheet through the Clock Time tile. Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.  

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the SuccessFactors mobile app on an iOS device.
  2. Click Clock My Time tile and select View Time Sheet. 
  3. The app closes unexpectedly while loading the time items.

Cause

This is a known issue. The fix is planned to be delivered as part of the 2609 release. This KBA will be updated with any further developments or process updates.

Resolution

As a temporary workaround, please access the Time Sheet directly by selecting the View Time Sheet tile on the homepage instead of navigating to it through the Clock My Time tile.
