Symptom

You are unable to reclaim data volume within your Tenant Database and received the following error:

  • Could not execute 'ALTER SYSTEM RECLAIM DATAVOLUME 105 DEFRAGMENT' in 4.769 seconds . 
    SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: Reclaim failed: Cannot reclaim data volume partition #0 because one or more pages cannot be moved (reason: snapshot page).
