3793435 - error ih137 when adding construction type from equipment structure list to maintenance order components

In transaction IW32, a material from the equipment structure list (BOM view) cannot be transferred to the maintenance order as a component.

When the Components tab is opened and a material is selected from the structure list by double-click, the system displays message IH137: "Construction type & is not intended as a material component". The selected item is not added to the component list.

After SAP Note 1561244 is implemented, message IH137 may still appear, or the double-click may no longer raise IH137 but the material is still not copied into the component overview. This occurs when message IW721 is missing in Plant Maintenance message control, or when it is not maintained as an information, warning, or success message.
