3793436 - EAM : In Change Maintenance Plan Fiori app, Maintenance Item entry wipeout while saving and getting error.

In the Fiori app Change Maintenance Plan (Web Dynpro application EAMS_WDA_MPLAN_OIF_V2, app ID W0009), adding a new maintenance item and selecting an order type triggers the error message "MPLAN205 - Value of maintenance plan item for maintenance item set from & to &". The newly entered row is immediately cleared and the item cannot be saved.

The failure occurs on the order type dropdown selection (Web Dynpro round-trip), not at the final Save step. The same operation on the same maintenance plan completes successfully in SAP GUI transaction IP02 without any error.

This symptom appears in systems where SAP Note 3634494 has been implemented. Systems that have not applied Note 3634494 are not affected.
