Symptom

STP2 is errored with message:

  • Either a Payee Termination Payment Tax Free Component or a Payee Termination Payment Taxable Component must be provided
  • When Payee Total ETP PAYGW Amount is provided, Payee Termination Payment Taxable Component must be provided
