3793468 - No authorization to add the Customer Role in the already created Business Partner in app Manage Business Partner Master Data or Maintain Business Partner

In the Manage Business Partner Master Data or Maintain Business Partner app, maintaining a business partner with Supplier role fails with the error: "No authorization for changing Vendor Centrally".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Manage Business Partner Master Data app or Maintain Business Partner app.
2. Select a business partner that has the Customer role and choose to create or change supplier data centrally.
3. Save or continue; the error "No authorization for changing Vendor Centrally" is displayed.

Missing Supplier maintenance authorization in Manage BP/Maintain BP IAM app

• Add the Manage Supplier app to the Business user's role.
• Alternatively if Business user do not want the Manage Supplier app visible, then they can add the app MK02_TRAN to the Business user's role. This app has no visible tile.
