3793490 - Workflow WS13600359 cannot be activated - missing binding in step 000025

Symptom

  • An error occurs when using the Start Process app (Processes & Forms) to run processes after an SAP S/4HANA upgrade.
  • The processes can no longer be processed correctly.
  • The error is due to an incorrect standard workflow definition of WS13600359, which could not be activated.
  • Error observed in all workflow versions (0000, 0001, and 0002).
