3793576 - Unable to Include Dynamic Deep Link to CPQ Sales Quote in C4C Email Notifications

• Users want a hyperlink in C4C email notifications that opens the associated CPQ Sales Quote directly with a single click.
• The requested deep link must be dynamic, resolving to the specific CPQ Sales Quote related to the C4C transaction.

• SAP Cloud for Customer

C4C email templates do not provide a placeholder for the CPQ Sales Quote identifier, so a dynamic deep link to the corresponding CPQ record cannot be generated within the C4C email notifications.

1. Note that this is the current design; dynamically embedding a CPQ Sales Quote deep link in C4C email templates is not supported.
2. If this functionality is required, submit an enhancement request via the influence portal as guided by support policy.
3. Refer to KBA 3475641 for guidance when requested functionality is currently not available.
