3793578 - Accrual engine postings differ after changing remaining periods

Symptom

When using the LINEAR and LINE_PRS accrual methods and the total amount is changed, the total accrual amount calculation is not expected.

LINEAR: reflects the delta amount in the first of the remaining periods.
LINEAR_PRS: splits the delta amount evenly among all the remaining periods.
