Symptom

  • You configure exclusion groups in the pricing procedure, the system can use condition exclusion to select the best price as B - Best condition within the condition type (Determines the best option within a single condition type).
  • However, the system might not determine a best price within one Condition Type.
  • Condition exclusion procedure B (best condition within condition type) does not apply the most favorable condition record — a less favorable record is selected instead.
