Symptom

  • User Id is not updated consistently across all id fields.
  • In the UDF(Employee Export) file, the user ID shown is a new number generated based on the Company Logo & System Settings, while the employee ID is the updated number shown during the data review.
  • Downstream APIs do not retrieve the user’s data due to the id mismatch.
