3793611 - Error Occurs when Mass Routing Forms

When mass routing forms via .CSV, an error occurs

When enough forms are routed, 300+, which would trigger the scheduled job, the email contains a generic failure error and does not specify the forms that failed or the reason for the routing failure "This scheduled job failed to complete. For details, please contact Technical Support"

• Access route form tool
• Attempt to mass route forms by .CSV
• Routing error occurs, in both the route form tool if there are less than 300 forms routed, or if 300+ forms are routed which triggers the scheduled job, the same error will occur.

• When the manual-potential-rating is configured as mandatory, together with the unrated-rating in the Performance Potential Summary Section, if you try to roue and Validate the required fields in the Route Form Tool, this error is triggered.

Known issue, to be fixed in the 2H2026 release.
