3793627 - CNMASSCREATE fails to set Status Combination Code for multiple projects

Symptom

  • When loading multiple projects via the standard CNMASSCREATE template in a single run, only the first project is assigned Status Combination Code 13; subsequent projects receive Status Combination Code 0.
  • WBS elements behave the same: those under the first project get code 13, while all others get 0.
  • Table checks (for example, PROJ/PRPS) show code 13 for the first project/WBS elements and 0 for the rest.
