3793661 - cond_a idoc creates pricing condition without scale records after successful processing - SAP ERP

Symptom

  • Issue while creating scales data in pricing condition using COND_A message type.
  • The scale-related segment is populated according to the standard SAP field mapping.
  • During debugging, the scale data is successfully populated in the relevant transparent tables during IDoc processing.
  • After the IDoc is processed successfully, the pricing condition is created without the associated scale records.
  • No error messages are shown during IDoc processing.
