3793696 - Maintenance order not created during advanced returns refurbishment

Symptom

  • During advanced returns with follow-up activity “refurbishment using maintenance order,” the automatic maintenance/refurbishment order is not created after goods receipt.
  • Error message: “Error during processing of BAPI methods” (Message No. IWO_BAPI2113) is issued. 
  • In technical logs for maintenance order creation, error “Work center … does not exist in plant …” (Message CR 081) can appear.
