3793710 - Legal Entity Transfer for New Employment candidates not visible in Onboarding Dashboard do not throw the BPE error in the TO-DO Tile

For candidates with Hire Type as Legal Entity Transfer for New Employment, the candidate doesn't appear on the Onboarding Dashboard. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Initiate a Legal Entity Transfer for New Employment from Recruiting, given that a mandatory field (such as phone info) is not passed tom Onboarding.
• The candidate doesn't appear on the Onboarding Dashboard. 
• Notice that the BPE to-do tile (which should mention mandatory data not passing from Recruiting) is also missing for this initiation. 

BPE has certain limitations, and as a result, BPE-related errors cannot be captured in every scenario. Please note that this scenario also applies for other Hire Types as well such as Internal Hires.

Please proceed with necessary Business Process Engine Troubleshooting to see why the candidate didn't appear. For the BPE Error tile not appearing it is the expected behavior.
