3793744 - Document Flow display Base Unit as default

Symptom

A Sales Order item is created with a Sales Unit different from the Base Unit of Measure. However, in the Document Flow, the system displays quantities in the Base Unit of Measure rather than in the Sales Unit entered in the Sales Order.
