3793761 - Item Description field read-only after material selection in My Purchase Requisitions app

• In the My Purchase Requisitions app (employee self-service), the Item Description field is editable when the item line has no Material assigned.
• As soon as a Material is selected on the line, the Item Description field becomes read-only, displaying only the material's default short text. Manual edits are no longer possible.
• This behavior differs from the Manage Purchase Requisitions app (professional app), where the Item Description field remains editable even after a Material is maintained.
