  • Opening the Organization tile in GRC Audit Management fails after upgrade.
  • Error: Method 'NAVIGATIONCONTEN_GET_ENTITY' not implemented in data provider class.
  • Service: /SAP/FRA_SHELL_NAV_TREE_SRV, Version 0001.
  • Error ID: /IWBEP/CM_MGW_RT021.
  • HTTP Status: 501 Not Implemented.
  • After upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2025 FPS01 and ACS 1.7, the Organizations navigation that worked previously now fails.
  • In Launchpad content tools, the Organization tile and target mapping show “Reference lost”.
