3793810 - Getting error 400 invalid $at parameter after opening alternative cost distribution history with no data and returning to full profile

• An error 400 occurs when opening a record for Alternative Cost Distribution (ACD).
• For users with no stored ACD information, a clock button appears and opens a blank history despite the portlet stating “There is no data yet.”
• Returning to the profile from ACD history causes all portlets (for example, Personal Information, Job Information, Employment Details, Compensation) to display an error.
• The errors persist even after refreshing the page.
• Error message: “Looks like something went wrong. Please try again. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator. Error Code: 400 - Invalid format of $at parameter.”

1. Open a user who has no Alternative Cost Distribution entries.

2. Navigate to Job Information > Alternative Cost Distribution.

3. Click the clock icon to open the ACD history even though the portlet shows “There is no data yet.”

4. Click the hyperlink "Job Information" on the top left to go back to Job Information.

5. Observe that all portlets render an Error 400, which persists after a page refresh.

The “latest viewing, editing, and history UI on Full Profile (with non-configurable UI)” for Alternative Cost Distribution is not supported yet, which leads to Error 400 when enabled.

1. Go to Configure Latest People Profile.
2. Open Job Info > Alternative Cost Distribution.
3. Disable “Enable the latest Viewing, Editing, and History UI on Full Profile (With Non-Configurable UI).”
4. Save the configuration.
5. Clear browser cache or re-open the profile and retest.

Note: Support for the latest viewing, editing, and history UI for ACD is planned for a future 2H release.
