3793820 - Maintain ACM application Mass Apply to Intercompany Contract is not Working

• After reversing application documents created from intra-company contracts, the Mass Apply function in Maintain ACM Applications cannot find the original contracts when searching “By Contract.”
• The contracts do not appear in the contract search help, although the nomination, LDCs, and application documents were created from those contracts.
• The same behavior occurs for purchase ICP application documents.
• No error messages or error codes are displayed.
