• When an item has two active versions and a user launches the older version, a confirmation popup appears.
• Popup text observed: "There is a new revision available for this Item. Do you wish to access this new revision instead?"

1. Create an item and keep two active revisions (do not inactivate the original when revising).
2. Ensure the latest revision is accessible to the user (on the learning plan or via catalog).
3. Launch the older revision to see the pop-up displayed.
