3793824 - controlling area filter does not reset after clearing in manage profit/cost center group apps,

• The Controlling Area filter in the Manage Profit Center Groups app appears not to reset after clearing; results remain limited to the previously used controlling area.
• When a value is entered in the Controlling Area filter and the search is run, the app correctly shows groups for that controlling area.
• After clearing the Controlling Area field and running the search again, the app still returns results for the prior controlling area.
• The same behavior occurs in the Manage Cost Center Groups app.
• No error message is shown.
