Symptom

Error occurs when trying to reverse a Warehouse Confirmation

Error: Cannot reverse confirmation; warehouse order status is "Finished"

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Outbound Logistics/Inbound Logistics work center 
  2. Go to By Warehouse Order sub view under Monitoring view.
  3. Search for Warehouse Order ABC. (ABC refers to the Warehouse Order ID).
  4. Choose Edit.
  5. Go to Document Flow tab.
  6. Open the Warehouse Confirmation DEF. (DEF represents the standard Warehouse Confirmation ID)
  7. Choose Edit.
  8. Choose Reverse Confirmation.
  9. The error: Cannot reverse confirmation; warehouse order status is "Finished" occurs.

Cause

The Warehouse Confirmation cannot be reversed once the related Warehouse Order has reached Finished status.

Resolution

This is the standard system behavior.
