3793863 - Active Contract Is Not Visible in the Corporate Account Overview

The system restricts the Account from viewing the contract created by the same Account in Corporate Account Overview window.

The issue occurs in both the Sales and Service tabs in the Account Overview. The Sales tab is taken as an example:

1. Go to the Account Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Accounts view.
3. Select the All Accounts filter.
4. Select the Account ABC (ABC represents the Account ID).
5. Select the Account name ABC hyperlink.
6. Navigate to the Sales tab.
7. Check the Contracts section.
8. Observe that the account is unable to view the active contract XYZ (XYZ represents the Contract ID). 
9. Verify that the account has no restrictions for read and write access to the Sales organization work center.

When changes are made at the Organization level for a contract that impact the Access Group configuration at the backend, the existing implementation does not properly handle these changes.

As a result, the Access Group information is not updated or synchronized as expected, causing certain contracts to be excluded from the Account screen.

As a workaround, the Account that created the contract can view the contract by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Sales Order work center.
2. Navigate to the Contracts view.
3. Select the All Contracts filter.
4. Search for Contract ID XYZ.
5. Select View and Edit All.
6. The system displays the contract created by Account ABC.

We added the requirement the Account from viewing the contract created by the same Account in Corporate Account Overview window to our product backlog to be considered in a future release.
