3793881 - PAM session launch fails with 'Unable to find connector information' for S/4HANA Cloud Application

Symptom

  • When starting a privileged session from the PAM Execute Session application, the session activation link is not generated and the error “Unable to find Connector Information” is shown.
  • In the access request status tile for a PAM ID, an additional error occurs: “HTTP request failed” with statusCode 500 (Internal Server Error) and message “Something went wrong during operation. In case you want approach support, please provide them this id: the id: XYZ_0123456789”.
