3793890 - Eligible rule cannot work when using multiple pay component

Symptom

Set eligible rule to fetch pay component value. But cannot fetch pay component value when user has multiple recurring pay component.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set eligible rule to match the user with pay component A.
  2. Apply the rule.
  3. Some users has pay component A,B,C determine as ineligible user in the template.

Cause

The user has multiple pay component needs the WHERE condition to match the exact pay component.

Resolution

Add the WHERE condition in the business rule to match the exact pay component.
