3793923 - SOW Details Header Displays 'Statement of Work' Instead of Template Name During SOW Creation

• Need to display the original SOW template name as a heading on the Details tab during SOW creation.
• During SOW creation, the Details header shows the generic “Statement of Work” for some templates instead of the template name.
• Another instance was observed showing the template name above the Name field during creation, and guidance was requested on how this is achieved.
