3793926 - universe connection validation fails with NoClassDefFoundError org.omg.CORBA.portable.IDLEntity during enterprise session initialization - sap analytics cloud

• Unable to create a BusinessObjects Universe connection from SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Validation fails with the message: "A bad request was made to the SAP Analytics Cloud agent."
• Application server (Tomcat) logs show: NoClassDefFoundError: org.omg.CORBA.portable.IDLEntity.
• The exception occurs during com.sap.fpa.cloud.rest.unx.BOEHelper.getEnterpriseSession() before the CMS logon process is completed.

1. Deploy the latest C4A_AGENT.war from the Support Portal to the application server.
2. Configure Cloud Connector and resource mapping for the agent.
3. Verify that the C4A_AGENT deploymentInfo endpoint is accessible.
4. Verify that BI Platform REST Web Services (biprws) are accessible.
5. In SAP Analytics Cloud, create a Universe connection.
6. Click Validate.
7. Observe that the validation fails in SAC.
8. Check the application server logs and observe NoClassDefFoundError: org.omg.CORBA.portable.IDLEntity.

This issue is being investigated by development team.
