3793943 - 403 response after upgrading to @sap-cloud-sdk packages from 4.6.0 to 4.7.0/4.8.0

Symptom

After upgrading multiple @sap-cloud-sdk packages from 4.6.0 to 4.7.0/4.8.0, it returns status 403 response on outbound calls to SAP S/4 APIs with below message:

Access denied to resource http://[VIRTUALHOST]/[PATH] on system http://[VIRTUALHOST]. In case this was a valid request, ensure to expose the resource correctly in your cloud connector.
