3793948 - COE0019 Error when accessing Completed 360 Forms

Error shows when accessing Completed 360 Forms:  

OData Service _MTRFormService/Form360ReviewContentDetail(formDataId=xxxxL,formContentId=xxxL) Failed, Error Status: error, errorThrown: Error Message: [COE0019]Fail to fetch introduction section for form: xxxx with section index: 1 

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Reviews

1. Proxy in as participant and try to access the 360 form from Completed folder.
2. Notice the above mentioned error showing up. The issue only happens when accessing Completed 360 Forms.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2605p21 .
