3794072 - SAP Commerce Cloud 2205 Startup Failure After Patch Upgrade When db.type.system.name Is Configured

Symptom

After upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud on-premise from 2205.37 to 2205.47 or a later 2205 patch, the platform fails to start when the property db.type.system.name is configured.

The following error is observed during platform startup:

ERROR [Catalina-utility-10] [DBPersistenceManager] Failed to commit transaction while loading persistence info.

followed by:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "de.hybris.bootstrap.ddl.tools.persistenceinfo.TypeSystemRelatedDeployment.getTableName()" because the return value of "de.hybris.bootstrap.ddl.tools.persistenceinfo.TypeSystemRelatedDeployments.findByName(String)" is null

The issue does not occur on the previous 2205.37 version with the same configuration.
