3794104 - Cannot Change Quantity on Inbound Delivery "Delivery was distributed, therefore display only" in S/4HANA Cloud Public.

Symptom

The quantity field on an Inbound Delivery is greyed out and cannot be changed or reduced.

The system displays the message: "Delivery was distributed, therefore display only."

The user is unable to reduce an open (undelivered) quantity directly in the Inbound Delivery.
