3794137 - Increase Limit for Searchable Fields – SAP Service Cloud Version 2

You want to increase the number of searchable and filterable fields.

SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Version 2

You can define up to 30 searchable fields without needing to differentiate between standard and custom fields.

1. Navigate to System Settings.
2. Search for Feature Activation Hub in the System Preferences.
3. Activate "Enhanced Search Field Limits".

Note

The current limit of 30 is based on detailed performance testing. There is currently no plan to extend this limit further.
