3794195 - OIDC provider configured at Parent site not found from child site (error 404000)

• In a site group, an oidc relying party provider configured only on the parent site cannot be used by child sites.
• Calling socialize.login from a child site with the oidc provider key returns: errorCode: 404000, errorMessage: 'OpenIDConnect provider not found.'
• Passing the parent site’s apikey or client_id in the request does not resolve the error.
• Other social providers configured at the parent are inherited and work with sso enabled.
