3794231 - Unable To Access Configure Page Layouts In Mobile Administration

Symptom

The user cannot access Configure Page Layouts in mobile administration. This feature was activated as part of the Early Adopter Request.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to System settings.
  2. Open Mobile Administration.
  3. Check Appointment.

Resolution

To enable configurations using page layouts in mobile administration, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Click Profile in the top-right corner.
  3. Press 'System Settings'.
  4. Press 'All Settings'.
  5. Search for 'Feature Activation Hub'.
  6. Press the button 'Service'.
  7. Search for and select 'MobileAdmin'.
  8. Select feature 'Sales Cloud Mobile: Page Layout Based Configuration'.
  9. Press the checkbox 'Activate'.
  10. Confirm this action.
  11. Just in case of logout/login to reload.
  12. Go to the Mobile Administration to make changes using layouts.
