3794285 - Voice Recording And AI Visit Summary Is Not Working At Mobile Devices

The Voice Recording feature in the Visit object of the SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 mobile application is not working on iPhone 14, 15, and 16 devices; The record button is not available on these devices.

The expectation was to follow the path below, but the button to record is not presented. 

1. Open the SAP Sales Cloud V2 Mobile application.
2. Open any visit.
3. Select the Record option.
4. Record a short conversation.
5. Stop the recording.
6. Wait for the AI-generated summary.

Voice is supported only from the Apple iPhone 17 version onwards.

Nevertheless, it is possible to access the Influence Portal and suggest an improvement in this scenario if this can be changed in order to best serve specific business purposes.

If the proper device is being used and even then the problem is still reproduced, check if Apple Intelligence is enabled. Please refer to documentation for Capture in-meeting notes.

If Apple Intelligence is enabled and the record button is still not there, please raise a case to SAP Support.
