3794297 - Clarification of the isMobile Field Returned by getCredentials for Passkeys

Symptom

When retrieving registered Passkey/FIDO credentials using the getCredentials method, the response contains an isMobile boolean field.

Customers may observe that the value of isMobile differs depending on whether the Passkey was registered through the Web SDK or through a native Mobile SDK.

For example:

Registration method	Client environment	`isMobile`
Web SDK	Desktop browser	`false`
Web SDK	Mobile browser on Android/iOS	`true`
Android Mobile SDK	Native Android application	`false`
iOS/Swift Mobile SDK	Native iOS application	`false`

This can appear counter-intuitive because native Android and iOS applications are running on mobile devices.
