3794345 - Fiori Launchpad Logon does not work when using SAP Web Dispatcher

Following an upgrade to SAP S/4HANA 2025 (or S/4HANA 2020+), users encounter one or more of the following issues when attempting to access the Fiori Launchpad via the SAP Web Dispatcher:

• Blank Screen: The Fiori Launchpad fails to load, displaying only a blank screen or a static SAP Home logo without rendering any tiles or spaces.
• Console Errors: Browser Developer Tools (F12) report getGroups failed, along with payload properties showing SPACES_ENABLEMENT: undefined and MYHOME_ENABLEMENT: undefined.
• Authentication Loop / Blinking Logon: Users are presented with the Fiori logon page, but entering valid credentials immediately refreshes or "blinks" back to the logon prompt without logging in.
• ICF / OData Blocked: HAR traces show 403 Forbidden on /sap/bc/ui2/start_up or 503 Service Unavailable on Enterprise Search /sap/es/ina/GetServerInfo.
• Direct Access Works: Accessing the backend Application Server directly (https://<PAS_HOST>:<PORT>/sap/bc/ui2/flp) works successfully WITHOUT Web Dispatcher, isolating the issue to the entry point/reverse proxy.
• End to End Issue: A user gets:
  • Fiori Launchpad Blank Page
  • Logon Loop, or 
  • Console Error 'getGroups Failed' After S/4HANA Upgrade
  • Web Dispatcher SSL & URL Routing Failure (403)
