Symptom

Unable to set up the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0854 for Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) as it is not found in the system.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • SAP Document and Reporting Edition, Cloud Edition
 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to create a communication arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0854.
  2. Observe that SAP_COM_0854 is not available/found in the list of communication scenarios.

Cause

Missing scope item 78L.

Resolution

  1. Verify that scope item 78L is activated in the system; activate it if it is not active.
  2. After activation completes, open the Communication Arrangements app and create a new arrangement for communication scenario SAP_COM_0854.
  3. Refer to documentation for creating communication arrangements: Creating Communication Arrangements (SAP S/4HANA Cloud — Standard).
