3794382 - 401 - invalid certificate error - DQM for SAP

Symptom

  • An error occurs due to the renewal of the SSL Client Signed Certificate in the system, causing the BTP Data Quality Management service to stop functioning.
  • The service is not being triggered.
  • Error message: "Error Code: DQ07: Data Quality microservice returned an error. Contact your system administrator - Location Code: 130: CALL_DQ_ENGINE_ADR_VALIDATE method of CL_DQ_ENGINE_DQAAS - 401 - Invalid client certificate"
  • Logon screen appears when processing addresses.
  • Data Quality service is not getting triggered.
