3794387 - Dump during Delivery creation in ADSUBCON for subcontracting PO

• When creating an outbound delivery for a subcontracting purchase order via transaction ADSUBCON (Subcontracting Monitor) using the "Delivery for PO" function, the system raises a shortdump during the commit phase and delivery creation is aborted.
• The shortdump shows the following details:
  • Category: ABAP programming error
  • Runtime error: RAISE_SHORTDUMP
  • Exception: /BOBF/CX_FRW_FATAL
  • Development object: CLAS /BOBF/CL_FRW_ERROR_STATE
  • Application component: BC-ESI-BOF
• The root error raised during the commit phase is message /SCMTMS/COMMON 081: "Group &1 is not assigned to organization &2".
