3794505 - Data Migration Cockpit - CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_ASSERTION When Migrating HCM Employee Object

When attempting to migrate employee data using the Data Migration Cockpit application, an exception is raised and the migration fails. The following error is observed when running a simulation for the HCM - Employee migration object:

• An exception with the type CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_ASSERTION was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.
