3794531 - Component overview BOM selection popup does not reappear in transaction code CA03

Symptom

When using transaction code CA01, CA02, or CA03 to access the component overview for a routing for the first time, a popup appears to select a BOM (Bill of Materials). 

However, once a BOM is selected, any subsequent access to the component overview within the same session does not show the BOM selection popup again. The system continues to use the previously selected BOM and does not offer a new selection.
