3794551 - Why are duplicate user groups appearing in SAP Build Work Zone after iBNT Migration?

Duplicate user groups are observed in SAP Build Work Zone — the same group appears twice, one with underscores (e.g. Group_Name) and one with spaces (e.g. Group Name).
