3794568 - Sales Quote Tab IS Not Visible And Follow-Up Quotation Cannot Be Created From Contract

• "Sales Quotes" tab is not available in the Contract TI screen.
• Unable to create a follow-up Sales Quote from the Contract.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Contracts work center.
2. Open contract XYZ (Where XYZ is a contract name).
3. In Contract TI screen "Sales Quote" tab is not visible though tab is set as visible via adaptation mode.

The document is a Service Contract; follow-up Sales Quotes are not supported for Service Contracts, so the Quotations tab is not rendered in the runtime UI even if marked visible in adaptation (working as designed).

1. Verify the contract type. If the document is a Service Contract, note that creating a follow-up Sales Quote is not supported and the Quotations tab will not appear in the runtime UI.
2. If a follow-up Sales Quote is required, use a Sales Contract (follow-up Sales Quotes are supported for Sales Contracts).
3. If this capability is needed for Service Contracts, submit a feature request via the Customer Influence portal.
