• How to generate a Development Plan Report as of a specific date (e.g., 30th June 2026) for audit purposes using Ad-Hoc Reports or any other reporting tool.

1. Open reporting and attempt to create an Ad Hoc (table) report for Career Development Planning/Development Goals.
2. Look for an option to set an “as of date” or historical snapshot date.
3. Observe there is no capability to retrieve Development Plan data as of a specific past date; only current data and standard filters (for example, Due Date) are available.

Date-wise (as-of) historical data reporting for Development Plans is not supported in Ad Hoc or other standard reports.

Please note that this is a product limitation: historical “as-of date”  reporting for Development Plan data is not supported through Ad Hoc Reports or other standard reporting tools.

1. If the Development Goal Plan template uses the required date as the Plan Due Date, you can generate a Development Plan report and filter the results by Development Plan Due Date to approximate the required dataset. However, this does not provide a true historical snapshot and may not reflect the data as it existed on that date.
2. There is currently no alternative standard report available to retrieve Development Plan data strictly based on a historical “as-of” date.
