3794655 - The calendar displayed in the date picker does not match the actual calendar in route form tool when search via form template

The calendar displayed in the date picker does not match the actual calendar in route form tool when search via form template:
The starting day position in the first row of the calendar is displayed incorrectly. 8/1 (Sat) is displayed in the Monday column, and 8/2 (Sun) is displayed in the Tuesday column.

This issue is not only happening in August, but also happening in other months.
