3794665 - Interface Type not determined during e-Document processing for France

Symptom

  • During  eDocument processing for France, the interface type is not determined.
  • The CASE logic cannot identify the correct interface, so the relevant edoc_type processing is never reached.
  • In the eDocument Cockpit, it is not possible to create the selected line and the “relevant” checkbox is not selected.
  • Error message: “Not possible to create eDocuments for the selected documents” (EDOCUMENT164).
